Ok thank you so much! I believe I have under watered it. It gets plenty of sun, it has thr sunniest spot in the house 🤗 I will try to reply and change soil when temperatures change! Thanks again so helpful

No, sorry, if your soil is hard to the touch, that's the problem.

It means you need to change the soil. Once it's hardened, it means the water you're watering w/ is not getting into the rootball & base of the plant. Sounds like it's just running out the edge of the pot. Hence, you may water, but the plant can't drink.

If existing soil is getting hard, it probably contains lots of peat, and that may become hydrophobic. Potting mix for succulents should not have lots of peat, just very little if any.

Problematic soil will cause more problems. It really should be a mix of few ingredients, not just soil.

It is warm enough - unless you are in very cold place. But if plant is inside, temps are likely higher anyway. While it is best to repot plants bit later- while they actively grow, you should evaluate if soil will cause more problems than waiting. My jades are already growing, and I am in relatively cold zone. Most are now in unheated space and do not have any problems.

Make sure all old soil is removed when repoting, and new mix is thoroughly mixed (no layers). And make sure there is enough soil in the pot...I see so may plants potted too low inside of it...

To check if it is time to water, using bamboo/wooden skewer or chopstick (or thin dowel or even pencil) makes it much easier. Make sure you stick it deep into pot to check, and water if it comes out dry.
