Our basement walls are awkward. The previous owners had the top portion textured and paneling on the bottom half. I took the paneling off and want to paint the walls, but am worried that it'll look weird with the texture on top. Any suggestions? PS I'm scrubbing the walls now, so please ignore the cobwebs!
