Where are you located? What are you using for soil and does your pot have drainage? Soil looks heavy and could use some perlite. What are you fertilizing with?

And if you don't like the discolored leaves, take a scissors [cleaned with alcohol before each cut] and cut off the discoloration right behind the discoloration.

The soil is a quick draining cactus mix. The fertilizer I'm using is 12-16-12, I think that's just a normal garden and flower fertilizer and I was not sure about using it but II've never fertilized before and I've been told they need to be fertilized every spring. The pot is 7"×6" and has drainage hole
