Hi all. The screen people installed the screen with barely any room between the 1 inch deck paver and the grass. The lawn maintenance guy said a weedeater or mower would most likely cause damage each time they did this part. It looks kind of like this:

I do not want landscaping in this area because then soil/mulch debris would come onto my ivory colored deck. Any other inexpensive options besides landscaping? Small kick plate or adding stepping stone pavers? Would I be able to just place stepping stone pavers over grass or does it need more work than that?
