Wow, my comment disappeared. But I think you saw it. Your boron is low, and you need to remedy that before growing beet and brassica veggies. Otherwise everything is fine. Your organic content is high, which means you probably just added a lot of compost.

I'm going to ditto that one, except to say that I maintain an OM like that just from mulching year after year. :-)

Personally, I'd say your phosphorus is rather high, which will tend to make a lot of vegetables rather chewy and bitter, but fortunately your pH is also rather high, which will tend to limit phorphorus availability. So in this case, the misbalance in your magnesium levels is actually a good thing. I maintain P levels like that, but grow flowers, which like it.

You can increase your boron by mixing good ol' 20 Mule Team Borax (which is not pure boron in and of itself) into Milorganite at the rate of 5 tablespoons into a full bag, dampening slightly as you go, and mixing very thoroughly. Apply said bag over a full 2,000 square feet.

Adjust that to the size of your garden, or ask.

No, that doesn't look like much, but boron is a trace element. We're talking about the difference between your current 230 parts per billion and a target of around 1,000 parts per billion. The difference is not large and we don't want to flood any part of the soil with boron, either. The adjustment takes quite a while.

You can repeat that again toward the end of the season if you like. It really is a small change that we don't want to build up at the top of the soil.
