According to Fine Homebuilding, the cost is 30%-40% more than the materials cost of a foam and frame system. So I don't see the attraction for diy as labour cost is not a factor.

Since I've switched to poured foundations, the system won't work as it requires a smooth even surface to adhere to.

BTW, it's a lot simpler and cleaner to frame with lightweight steel instead of wood.
