The masks I make are just the flat, three pleat style. They are not medical grade but for folks just needing some covering, they work. Lots of you tube videos out there And lots of variations on the fitted styles. Good Luck.

I've only made the one on Bonnie Hunter's site. It's amazing how many steps there are to make such a small item. I'm done with it after only making about 30 of them. A hero or martyr I'm not. LOL!

I use the Missouri Star pattern from Youtube. Once I ran out of elastic, I've been making the tie version.

I have been making the 3-layer pleated masks - using either elastic or ties. They were 7x9 before sewing. I have done about 350 using this method/size. I just got a "kit" of precut fabrics & pelon interfacing from the group I sew with #MasksNow with material cut 8-1/2 x 9 to make 45 of the 3-layer pleated masks which will be a little larger. I usually cut fabrics one day, sew them together another day, turn-iron-and pleat the next, then sew pleats in the next. Keeps me busy!
