I have a friend who is a cancer survivor, but in the process lost his left leg. I have several question to help him find a new riding mower

Are there any riding lawn mowers that have all of the controls on the right, Forward, reverse, and brake without any foot controls on the left.

Has any body modified a tractor similar to a John Deer 110 so all of the foot controls are on the right, and if so how complicated is it.?

If a lawn tractor is modified for handicap access will in affect the warrant coverage?
