Mine are very much behind. Last year I went to Utah on a trip May 1. I returned on the 15th and the whole garden was in full bloom. This year, as of today, the 15th, half of my hostas are still in the pip stage. Today’s in the 70’s but we return to 50’s tomorrow.

Mine are about 2 weeks behind. My cherry tree hasn't even bloomed yet.

my snow has finally melted and I am just getting around to cleaning the beds. I see a few little pips!!!

The anticipation is killing me

Mine were early and have already sent up bloom stalks. No flowers yet. Its still May but they don't seem to know that. My daylilies have started blooming too. I think everything is about 2 to 3 weeks early. We are also moving into drier weather and I had to set up my portable drip system for all the newly planted plants. (portable drip system--large 3 to 4 gallon black nursery pot with a 4 gallon plastic bag in it and a brick in the pot to keep it in place. Poke a tiny hole thru one of the drainage holes so the water can slowly leak out. This year I have a whole lot of black pots in my yard.)

Not here. All on time including OBL sending up blooms!

I would say yes, but it is just a recollection of last year. Each year seems to be different. FB keep sending me pics of last years gardens...and it seems we were early and late...

My Liberty was up early and there were others that came up fast but some like Dick Ward are very late. I have a lot of damage to leaves and have major issues with Oh Cindy and a Cool as a Cucumber which have been very large are now just a leaf or 2 and the leaves are contorted and should be removed. It’s cooler and we’ve had a ton of rain recently 3 inches in the last 2 1/2 days. I will post pics of Oh Cindy which was large and healthy all last year.
