My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Why didn't you locate the refrigerator in the space occupied by the china cabinet? Aren't you running around the end of the island unnecessarily ?

    Hi connfounded....
    I don’t like to insist on things with clients. In my work, I’ve never been a “my way or the highway” sort. When a client feels very strongly about something, I share my advice and then step back so they can make a decision they can own.
