Name That Plant!Perennials Weeds

Can anyone help with plant ID?

This popped up in the middle of my flower bed. It is a bushy, attractive plant. Don't know if it is a weed. I was kind of waiting to see if it would flower to help with ID, but it's taking up a lot of space now. Probably about 18 inches high and wide. Thick stems.

if its taking up too much space.. this early in spring.. maybe you shouldnt wait for flowers ...

i have found.. over the years.. that very few things that self seed randomly into the garden are of high value ...

location usually helps ... big city name.. how rural are you .. that alfalfa might be an option??? ... or did you ship in manure???? .. so many questions.. so little time ...

Yes, alfalfa, a familiar one here since our yard was an alfalfa field before our house was built. It is a pretty plant though!
