First you need to check to see how big a pool you can build . Sloped yards are not usually a big issue for a pool but rules about size are a big deal.What do you need in the covered structure ? A to scale plan of the lot is essentil to getting help here along with exactly wat rules have to be applied.

You need to hire a pool designer. And most are quite capable of providing designs that will include a range of pool structures as well. It is just not possible to get a reasonable pool design by remote. There are too many variables that cannot be correctly evaluated online.

A pool designer and or a landscape architect is the best person(s) to contact. Or ones that work together.

There probably is a property set back for a pool that will the drive the size. You could get that information from the city/town or the designers will have to know that for a starting point on the project.

100K for an in ground pool and covered structure? What you get might depend on which suburb you are in- some of them are a fair bit more expensive than others.

You can get a in ground pool for 100K. Or a shed and some landscaping. Not both. Go above ground if that’s your budget limit. It’ll work better with the slope anyway. You just need a flat spot. right off the deck. Not major regrading and pushing dirt around.
