Did you harden them off before planting them in the ground? That looks like it might be sunburn. If it is once the plants have established themselves and start putting out new growth they will outgrow this.

Thanks @ediej1209 AL Zn 7, I only hardened them off at home where the max direct sunlight time is about 4 hours for 1 week before I planted them at the final place where the direct sun can be 12 hours each day. I hope that's only sunburn, and my tomatoes to be ok eventually.
