I have 3 new apple trees. Two from 1 nursery, one from another. The two from one nursery are not flowering and their leaves have tiny black specks all over them kind of like flea dirt and have orange spots where they are damaged. my other tree from the other nursery has tons of blooms and no damaged leaves. cab anyone tell me what this is and if it is a problem how I would treat for it. I have not directly seen any pests.
