Not sure where you are in FL, but I'm sorry to tell you it's getting to be too hot for parsley to thrive in most areas here - especially if it's not already well established. Also I understand parsley is not a plant that takes well to transplanting.

Did you plant it in the ground or in a pot? I find it does best in pots so I can more easily move it into shade when it gets very hot.

It's a cool weather plant, best started early fall through spring.

I grow mine from seed, sown thickly in a large, deep pot so the roots have room. It's biennial, so if you can keep it alive during the summer, it should last 2 seasons before bolting.
