One time I painted such an area the color of the mortar in the brick. As soon as it was done, I realized, the house would look more joined together if I had treated it as one unit....find a paint that matches the overall brick hue the best, and you will have a home that looks like one house, not like 2 homes conjoined. The eve is fine the color it is, it is not the home wall. I love that color brick. I love it accented with sage green, or any green such as the nice palms there, and the creamy is nice too. Thank goodness it is not "gray".....warm color brick, warm color major adjoining walls, and vertical surfaces. For small accent, if you want to change out the door or get some front patio chairs, or add a handrail on the sidewalk....you can use a sage green or a green that matches your palms, or even black? successfully in the grassy area off the drive way, for a front sitting area? BUT, if you can, I would paint the mailbox to blend in with the walls, especially since your storm door is white. The downspouts of the gutter should be the same color as the surface they afront. That often means the horizontal gathering at roofs edge is the color of the fascia board and the downspouts might be the color of the wall they are in front of. Nice home!! Oh, paint the garage door the color of the brick wall.

A medium gray would work.

Great with orange brick

Like Red Silver, I painted my siding the gray pulled from the mortar (my house also has a warm red brick section). It’s okay, but uninspired. I’ve been considering a sage green and would be very interested to see how your project comes out if you select that color. Or maybe I’ll convince dear husband to give it a try on our house. Like you, we have a smallish ranch so it’s a pretty easy and inexpensive project. Good luck and congrats on your new adventure 😊
