Monstera leaves are slightly dry and have white on them

Hi I bought my monstera plant about a month ago, i repotted it as soon as I got it and it’s been happy. I’ve been dealing with a fungus gnat issue from another plant so I have been spraying neem oil on the soil every couple days to prevent fungus gnats from moving into my monstera. I fertilized the plant about a week ago and starting noticing the edges of some leaves are dry and also some white chalky material on some of the lower leaves. My monstera also drips a lot from the higher/larger leaves. Any ideas on what’s going on?
