Help with Lighting Fixtures for Open Concept Kitchen/Dining Room

I need help!

I have an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. I'm struggling with lighting fixtures over the kitchen island and dining table. I've picked the chandelier I want over the dining table but now I'm indecisive on pendants for the island...need it to all tie together. My style is Scandinavian/modern/clean lines. Color palette is Black and white, specifically white cabinets with black hardware, Carrara marble countertops and backsplash, black range hood and window trim. Stainless steel appliances. Light oak floors.

Below are links to the lighting i am considering...would the black/gold pendants tie it all together ? I don't have gold anywhere but love the pendants. Or are the black wire pendants better to tie with dining chandelier? And should I get black stools? or stools with gold and black? Or Wood and black stools?

How large is the space? Where will the dining table be located relative to the island? I have a very open space much like yours and I have pendants over the island and recessed lighting over the dining table. Things get busy fast in an open space if there is too much to focus on.

Is the photo (or 3d image) your kitchen?

Re: black and gold pendants - metal domes will concentrate the light down. You won't get the rest of the room lighted by them. Re: black and wire pendants, very cool but the dining chandelier is busy and those are very busy. I think they will compete with each other in an open room. I would wait on the stools until everything is in the room. You may want to tie in with other furniture and also wait to see how the overall look inspires you.

IMO there should only be 3 fixtures over the island.

I was planning to use only 2 or 3 fixtures over the island and separately one of the dining room table. Do you think I should not add a fixture over the dining table if I have 3 fixtures over the island?

is it an either or? Either Island Fixtures or Dining Table fixture?

So true! Agree! The space is 40 feet by 25 feet and the dining table is parallel to the island

Then i agree with @BeverlyFLADeziner, there should only be three pedants over the island. You could always wire for a fixture over the dining table but leave it in the ceiling should you ever decide to add a fixture. I would do only recessed lights over the table that can be dimmed.
