stainless steel undermount sink and faucets

I have a dilemma. I'm planning a white cabinet/grey cabinet island kitchen with marble look alike quartz countertop. I am leaning towards a stainless steel undermount sink. what kind of cabinet pulls and faucets should I do? I really dont like stainless steel anything but the practical side is looking for something that is easy to maintain etc. My initial choice was a white farm sink but.... with that I would have used brushed bronze...or brushed brass... please help
