Can I remove glass from light fixture?

We have an amazing solid brass foyer (island too) light that’s beautiful but like I mentioned it’s brass and from the mid 90’s and we are currently trying to update our home. I was considering selling it with an island light but thought maybe I could refinish it but the glass is a pain to keep clean so would I be able to remove the glass? I’ve searched online and find nothing which in a sense tells me it isn’t possible so figured I’d ask here.

It looks like a chandelier. I think you can't remove the glass from this.

Remove that island light and replace it, it will not help your resale, and actually will be an automatic object that people will consider needing replacing.

The entry light, the glass will come out or at least be able to clean and leave it as is.

Thank you both for responding. So we decided to just replace all the lights in the home! It definitely needed to be updated. Will try and sell the island chandelier as is but the foyer light I’m keeping for now in the basement hung off the rafters lol.
