How long have you had it? Years? Days? You might be overwatering it--let it dry out. Please submit a photo of the problem plant.

V had it about 3 weeks now and I don't water it unless the soil is drydry

This advice is my opinion only. Do your research on the internet and pay attention to who is giving the advice. I would never use Miracle grow for anything. I googled succulent care and here's what came up: Make sure it gets 6 hours of light per day. Turn the pot around often. Water according to season - more in spring and summer, less in winter. Let soil dry between waterings. Keep it clean by wiping off the leaves gently with a damp cloth. Choose a container with drainage. Get the right soil - a combo of sand, pumice, or perlite. Get rid of bugs - spray the soil with 70 percent isopropyl alcohol.

looks like it was already over watered. remove it from that container and see the roots and the crown. put in the new soil in the new container. put outside in some sunlight, but not direct hot afternoon sun.

can you return it? sometimes you can return it for another one if it's only been 3 weeks. looks like something else is going on w/it. not healthy looking at all. almost looks like it got really cold, and then thawed.
