I have a Dunce Cap (Orostachys boehmeri) and some of the leaves are starting to get sort of wilted and the base of some of the larger portions see pictures

It was purchased and placed in the current pot about 3 weeks. It sits in my windowsill and I’ve watered it minimally since I’ve had it. It looks like a watering issue, could it be under watering, it has been getting direct sunlight frequently.
