I am mystified. Has it ever flowered for you? Does it bleed white liquid when you snap a stem? Try it if you don't know, it won't harm the plant at all.

Also, if you snap a piece 3 or 4 inches long, you can put that piece in a little bit of water to root & then plant it. Just leave maybe the bottom inch of stem in the water, not more.

Could it be a cultivar if Kalanchoe manginii Or something similar? There’s a lot of variability with that species.

Thanks for your suggestion @User! I cut a piece from the end. Here is the result in the picture below. No sign of milky juice. I bought it with dried flowers, however the remains suggest a hanging blooms.

@User I think you are right! It seems to be a Kalanchoe manginii cultivar of sorts. The leaf shapes appear to be more pronounced than most of my search results but if I’m not mistake, I think you cracked it!
