The comment box has moved to the top of discussions immediately after the original post. It used to be at the bottom. If you are signed in and able to post a question you should be able to comment.

Do you not see a box below your message labelled Comment with grey words ‘post a comment’ in it?

At the bottom of the thread there is a line for what you want to do to your posting, There you will find "Photo" You have to click that and then "choose", click the photo you want off your desktop, and then wait until you get a very clear, crisp photo on your post.

Ok had to go in thru gardenweb in order to do so. Was hitting comments under my post and was in Google and have Windows 10 but nope wouldn't load like this for the life of me.
