wrong plumbing location in post tension slab

I have noticed that plumber has placed toilet plumbing pipe in wrong location in post tension slab. This pipe right now is very close to tendon. I think they have to cut open the slab to fix this issue. Is this a major concern ,since they have to cut open a PT slab ? How do I make sure that this is repaired perfectly ? Thank you in advance for your responses and feedback.
