I know nothing about them, but the power on the burners seems a little much. I think ONE 20k burner is fine, but no need for TWO. These are very powerful burners. What will you do if you need to cook something on low heat? The 12k will be too high for a low simmer as well. Ranges should have a burner that is 5k-7500 for that low and slow cooking.

Agree that these are powerful. According to the literature, the 20K burner goes down to a simmer friendly low of 675 BTU and the 20K/12K are maximum's. Hoping to hear from someone with experience of them, to elaborate.

Like every other mfg, where do you get service from. Do they have parts and any direct service or only 3rd party in th eUSA.

Found out they are serviced by ADCO, who also service Capital amongst other brands. Live not so close to urban areas, 2h30 from NYC, and 45m from smaller cities upstate so want to check into service beforehand. Was also looking at Capital Culinarian, Kucht (who said they would provide service from their NJ base), Ilve (unable to determine so far who services them - its in a database the marketing rep didn't have access to when i called), and BlueStar.

KMG, what did you end up with? I am also about same distance upstate and looking at a similar array of ranges.

After professional installation we found that some of the knobs didn't work correctly. After some difficulty finding a Forza certified repairman, the issue was fixed.

But then two of the ignighters began to not operate. And a burner would randomly go out. The initial repairman was now not willing to travel the twenty or so miles to our home for the repair. Getting ahold of Forza warranty department was a nightmare. Finally after complaining continuously on facebook of all places I was able to get a call back. Thought great...my mistake, Forza could not provide a certified repairman. All this within the ninety day warranty period.

So I dropped it and just lit the two burners with a match and kept an eye on the one that would go out while cooking.

All that was last year. I was diagnosed with leukemia in November 2021 so I've been away getting treatment...beside the point...now I'm back home...

Two ignighters still not working and one burner still just randomly goes out...I'm about to start looking for another repairman. I'm used to fixing things myself if possible. But I've been unable to locate schematics or a parts list for the oven. I'd just replace the ignighters myself. I also think there are thermocouples on this stove that could be an issue.

My city has a population of 54, 000 plus...I'm minutes away from a city with 114,000 plus. With many other in between communities and an hour from Houston Texas. So we're not out in the boonies so to speak.

I do not recommend Forza.
