I planted black Raspberries 7 years ago. Along with them came a 'friend' red raspberry. The black raspberry died out, but the red remains. In the past years I've always done the spring and mid-smmer pruning to get more canes and a heavier crop, but this yet it just didn't get done. Lo and Behold I have a huge June crop of these reds. It would seem I've been cutting off the first crop all these years. RATS!

I think they are an ever-baring... maybe. ???? ( I do not know the variety.)

My question is on pruning these. Do I remove the canes that just had fruit and let the new canes grow? Or, will I get a second crop off them in the Fall?
