What to do if my trellis is too short

It's my first time having a garden, and I think I chose the wrong trellis for my spaghetti squash (I used a regular tomato trellis cage thingy, circular). I only have one female blossom, and it's already taller than the trellis. I'd like to avoid pruning if I can, since it only has one female so far. I was thinking I could attach another trellis upside down on top of the first one, but I'm worried about harvesting and caring for it. You see, it's already as tall as I am, and since it's a potted garden on my apartment patio I dont have enough space to bring in a ladder or anything, though that seems a little unreasonable anyways. I would really appreciate any ideas or advice, as I can't seem to find anything by google search! Thank you in advance!
