I think your room is beautiful! Maybe add a blue pillow with a different shape and texture. I don’t think you need all 3 yellow pillows.

I think I would. My problem is that I love pillows which presents a problem with my family. They are always tossing them of the couch when they sit down!

Lol, my husband does the same. When he comes to sit down. I always say" let me move the pillows for you".

heres some ideas for pillows, personally i would remove the matching pillows to the couch. I like your bird pillow and I would add that to a mix with different textures and color... navy for sure and then maybe some different neutrals with texture. get 3 larger size like 22x22 or 20x20 and then a few 18x18. get inserts that are one size larger than the pillow case so you get a fluffy look to the pillow. these pics show how you can mix a match and that's what I think could make your room fun and easy feeling.
