Stucco sealant question?

Hi! Our new house is hard coat stucco built in early 2000. We had a stucco inspector come out and apparently the house is missing proper sealants. The quote he gave was $8k to have everything sealed. How bad is it that things have not been sealed? Is this something we can hire a painter to do or do we need to go through a stucco person?

Who is the stucco inspector?

$8k is a month or two income. I would not pay someone $8k for a day or two labor and $100 materials.

I am not sure you have any problems based on the pictures.
