Sorry, I don't really know what to suggest. Hard to see details on your plants, nice pix but large frames, not clickable for close up.

I believe curling Sans. leaves are thought to be thirst, but am not certain. I have the same issue on a Sans of my own now.

I'd remove the dry husks, they just make places for insects to hide.

How often do you water?

Is that inner pot clay or plastic?

Has the soil hardened off to your touch?

Has it suddenly gotten much hotter at your windows? Can't tell where you are, but I know my west windows have.

Sorry for all the questions, but it helps to try & diagnose a problem.

Thanks, i'll start with that remove the dry pieces and try to water more frequently and see how it reacts.
