Design Dilemma Kitchens

MSI quartz quality

Hi, we finally settled on the Toasted Almond colour from MSI for our kitchen and now we hear that MSI is not necessarily good quality. I don't need the best(ie. Cambria) but I definately would like something that holds up, will not fade, will not stain. What has your experience been with MSI please?

It's all the same stuff. Chinese, Vietnamese, Canadian, Breton and non-Breton.

Thanks. What about quartz fading.....we get lots of sunlight in the kitchen.

Quartz manufacturers prohibit the storage of their slabs outside. The resin in engineered stone is subject to ultraviolet light degradation. Invest in some good window treatments please.

We’ve had our MSI quartz for a year now. No complaints. Even a turmeric stain came out.
