First thing’s first, whoever provided this floor plan to you should have the dimensions available, that said, you can use the counter depth of your kitchen counter which will be 2ft or 60cm to figure out what the scale is and go from there.

The length of the range/ wall oven wall is 13'-7" (corner to corner). The length of the sink cabinet run is 14'-9' (corner to end of cabinet).
