Eggplant leaf curl and discoloration?

Ten days ago, a few of our millionaire eggplant plants started to have discolored leaves and curling. I noticed a fair amount leaf holes so I tried spraying twice with a Neem oil dilution, pruning bad leaves, and fertilizing. Recently, the plants are showing more pronounced curling and some discoloration, but the neighboring pepper bed and tomato bed look healthy. The curling is more pronounced during the day. Recently we’ve also had some hot days (low 90s/80s degrees F). The plants had a healthy course - I bought them as seedlings, they had some aphids inside the house but once they were transplanted outside they grew and flowered well. They are still flowering and there are growing eggplants. Any insight into what could be going on or what I should do?
