My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the look of the upgraded Shaker cabinet style cabinet doors and drawers. What is the width of the wood floor planks and are they solid or engineered wood?

    It is an engineered wood floor with 7 1/2"wide planks. I hope that helps!

    This floor would look great in our 1892 Victorian. Our current floors are 10" redwood with 1/4' gaps between each board. Where could I purchase the engineered floor and have shipped to Northern California?

    The flooring is engineered white oak by Pantim Wood Products, called Palladio Wide Plank, in whitewash, classic grade. If you contact the manufacturer they can direct you on where to purchase. Good luck!
