Finishing Basement Guidance

Hello, I feel pretty lost and am hoping that someone can offer guidance. I would love to finish our basement. We are handy and could do most of the work ourselves, but would rather find a balance between what work we'd like to do versus what to contract out. I am trying to also figure out what would be most budget-conscience. Or honestly just a general ballpark of what the contracted work will cost me.
We live in Northeastern PA. The basement is 1200 sqft. We were thinking that we'd seal the walls and do the framing and run electrical. We plan to keep the slab but acid stain it. I'd like someone to then come in and finish the rest- drywall, trim, and paint. There is also space for a small bathroom with the holes already done for the sink and toilet. We are not plumbers so I'd like someone to do that as well.
Do I piece it all out, aka hire a drywaller, then a painter, then a plumber? Hire a general contractor? Will it save us much money by framing it ourselves? Thank you!!
