Hi, I suggest you pick a back splash color other than white, to create a contrast between your counter top and your kitchen cabinets, beige or grey might look nice depending on the color of your kitchen floor.

Either use the same material for the backsplash as the counters, or find tile you like that matches the veining. Doesn't have to be subway tile.

Your counters are lovely. Don’t pair them with real stone! Nothing makes faux stone look faux-er than putting marble on the backsplash.

Consider a glazed ceramic tile, maybe in a grey to match the grey veining in the stone, OR, you could go for color!

Do you like color? Gray, blue, teal, etc would work beautifully.
You have lots of options for shapes as well. Elongated hex, picket … have some fun!

Your counters are the “statement” piece in the kitchen - my advice is to choose a plain colour (or white or grey) - but no pattern.

Don’t use a natural stone backsplash with manufactured stone countertops... they never look quite right together. A nice, neutral glazed tile would complement the best.
