I have a craftsman 1/2 hp automatic garage door opener that is malfunctioning. Today I closed my garage door and there was something blocking the door on its way down. The garage door can now only be manually opened and when I try to use the electronic opener, the unit only hums but does not move. If anyone has information and advice it would be greatly appreciated.
