I'm trying to install a smart lock that uses my current dead bolt. With how my front door knob is set up, the interior deadbolt latch and door knob are connected as one giant metal piece, which prevents correct installation of the smart lock. Also, the door knob latch is something I haven't seen before. Does anyone know what kind of door knob assembly this is? It isn't a standard spindle design. The keyed deadbolt and handle on the exterior are connected together as well. I would like to only replace the interior door and avoid replacing the whole set.
