Yum indeed! I bake banana bread occasionally and like doing so. My favorite bread to bake lately has been cinnamon-raisin soda bread, which is super easy, looks like a big ol pile of brains, and tastes amazing, especially toasted.

Love baking banana bread. Thank you for the idea of adding strawberries, will need to try that soon. I have been pondering making a date nut loaf, used to make that all the time when I was in high school, have not made it for years.
