If you can exchange the sink for a white one that's what I would do. I love white with expresso.

You could do a bone or almond toilet, but with your floor, white is better. I think the sink is the odd color out. Is it too late go get a white sink?

The sink was already installed unfortunately.

It’s a vitreous China sink. Could it be re-glazed white without it being moved? Is that expensive?

I saw that too, but I think their toilet was on the opposite side. Mine will be side by side with the sink.

What if you changed the faucet and the cabinet knobs to white? Or would that be worse?

Not sure If it would be worse. But we do like the faucet a lot, so we won’t change that.

Here’s a picture with shades drawn. I like the creaminess of the vanity top, just not next to the existing toilet color. Icera sells a balsa toilet, but not sure if it would look right directly on the tile.

I may have to just buy a new vanity top, like Theresa suggested.

Kohler toilets come in almond or bisque. They might work.

I keep taking pictures to see if I can make the sink top works, but I think you guys are right. The faucet has to be adjusted anyhow, which may require the plumber to detach the vanity top, so I think we’ll buy one on white. I was just worried initially that white would be too sterile, but with the toilet so close to the vanity top/sink... the color difference is obvious.

Well, its easier to do it now than after you're totally done. Or live with it. I wouldn't add an almond toilet into the mix.

The top is warm and the floor is cool. That's often a fight you can't win. Personally I hate to waste money, so I would probably buy the off white toilet and put down some sort of mat that mixes the colors together. The right answer really is to get a white top, white toilet. Maybe you can sell that top and recoup some money.

I meant “toilet”. Obviously you need more than just the seat to match….
