My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Sq ft of building

I am looking to build something just like this, probably a little smaller. What is the square footage? Do you sell plans only? If so, what is the cost? Really love this design as it has 2 car garage and the side of the building is so charming!!

    Thanks for your interest and kind compliments! But as a result from past experience, I've determined it's best to not sell designs developed for specific clients to third parties. Disappointment on all sides too often result.


    Might I suggest you find a local residential architect and use the photographs to illustrate your objectives?
