The clumps are great as usual! So showy. I also like your #3 seedling. Of course your first seedling is quite a looker too!

Two sues is really a good one, isn't it? Your clump shots are really nice and your seedlings are very pretty, and I especially like the first seedling. I also think your fiirst NOID is very pretty.

Your three seedlings are nice. The tall purple is my favorite. I love the clumps of Light of the World and Two Sues! Katrina Heroes is pretty with its darker color. Has Born to Reign been splotchy for you. It was pretty clean here this year. Yours is so much darker than mine here in hot Nashville.

My top 3 are Thunder and Lightening, your red Noid, and Born to Reign. You also have some really nice purple seedlings (the first one is my favorite) that are showing lots of good color. I hope to see them again as they develop for you.

Thanks for liking my purple seedling #1, it was a very dark red today after a warm night.

Debra, re Born to Reign - somewhat splotchy, not horrible, its problem this year - not opening correctly. I don't remember stuff about every one of them, and don't always remember to make notes, but I think it was pretty good last year. Yes it was quite dark, grows right near Strutter's Ball and they looked the same shade of purple.

Kay, Two Sues is a really great one, seems to be growing well everywhere, and everybody who sees it loves it. So glad I got it.

We too had a very muggy morning on Thursday and then storms came through and cooled us down a bit for Friday. Your Light Of The World also looks short scaped like mine here. Is that typical for your garden? Seedling 1 looks a lot like Isle Of Patmos or Born To Reign.

Julia, I just measured the scapes on Light of the World, more than half 25-27, the rest are short, at 20. To be honest I don't remember if it's typical for it. I didn't even notice the short scapes ))

Thanks for noticing the seedling similarity. Not Isle of Patmos, too red purple here, but very similar to Born To Reign! Not that I thought that my seedling was unique lol It has more pronounced watermark though and no white edge, but ha, quite similar especially if they are grown next to each other.
