It looks as though the upper part was taken from another house. I think you need to unify the facade to make it more cohesive and less chopped up. Paint the concrete foundation to blend with the brick. Add plantings. Get rid of the bright yellow paint. Remove the circle thing in the small gable. I would neutralize the grey trim since the house is small and has many contrasting colors and textures. Paint and plants are definitely your friends.

Is the yellow area stucco? If so I would paint it and the foundation Ralph Lauren Burlap, it’s a neutral taupe that’s looks like raw stucco, tying those elements together and to the brick. All the wood trim (fascia, soffit, windows, columns, etc) get one color- olive would be my first choice but linen white would be nice too especially if you want the navy door.

I would avoid peachy colors, kinda makes the whole house glow in a neon kinda way. I will have to say that the upper wreath is a first for me. I like the gray trim with the sage green.
