This forum has died, probably partly due to the human virus (no orchid society meetings) and the mountain of advice available on the net.

The only problem you have is to do a tidy up! Main tidy up task is to remove the keikis (baby plants) from the non flowering Dendrobium and pot them up in smaller pots.

Tell the readers where you are in the world and you might get better detailed advice.

Thank you both, today I removed 6 really healthy keiki and potted them. They had been on board for a while and in fact two had already bloomed over the winter. I also repotted the parent plant. Maybe removal of the keiki will encourage new growth on the parent?

The other Dendrobium is nicely in bloom right now on three spikes, once it is done I will repot it as well.

Oh and I am in southwest Florida, so they pretty much stay outside year round unless a hurricane is coming or the rare cold night once ever few years.
