Hi, Looking for help on identifying what this white lines are?

There are these white lines on my bathroom sink stone. My kitchen was under renovation and I am thinking this happened after my contractor left.
I wonder if these are grout stains from him washing his hands . Anybody have any idea? Also, what can I do to remove this? I tried vinegar , baking soda , dish soap, but all in vain !!

    I see the natural veins others are seeing, but, there are long white streaks going across the sink counter. It could be from the contractor washing his hands after grouting. Call the contractor to come take a look and advise how to clean the counter.
