After the earthquake in 2011, my semi-detached rental house in Washington DC developed cracks in bedrooms that run along the exterior brick wall. The house is old, but did not have this problem before then. Over the years, the exterior wall also developed minor gaps between bricks, that we filled.

8+ years later, since 2019 the cracks have gotten about 10% worse. Is this concerning? Should I hire an architect or structural engineer to take a look?
