Soon we will be building our retirement home in Florida near the beach. For the last 15 years I've had leather furniture (big, bulky chocolate color) and have LOVED it. We want a beachy look (goodbye chocolate leather) but need durability-there will surely be grandchildren, saltwater, and sand abounding! Is there any furniture material besides leather that will hold up? TIA
