My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello! Thanks for your interest in this amazing custom home. The furniture was sourced at Merkel Furniture and Carpet One in Chelsea, Michigan. Our clients worked with Wendy Warrick. The dining set is by Canal Dover Furniture. The sofas are mirror images of one another with one end finished as a chaise, but our clients couldn't remember the manufacturer. If you contact Wendy at Merkel and show her this photo she could probably steer you in the right direction.
