This is a cement based product offered by Boral Brick called pastel coat. It is not a paint nor does the product have paint in it. The bricks are specially designed to be porous so that the product will adhere to the brick. It comes with a 20 year warranty against chips, breaks etc. It comes in a few shades of white, tan and gray. I liked it better as an option for white because it is easily touched up where as white brick, white mortar once dengy can not be fixed.
